Had a lovely meal the night before my daughter’s graduation. We were looked after brilliantly by Shyam and will be back again next time we’re in Cardiff!

Bloodly lovely place, great food and great staff. Deffently go again!!!!

One down side, had to wait ages to get served even though it wasn’t that busy at the bar - I visited here a few months ago and had a drink, went back to bar to order food and another drink but again, waited ages, eventually left and went somewhere else, as did another couple behind me. Need more bar staff!

Came for Sunday lunch out with the girls the staff and the surrounding were amazing.

Unfortunately the food wasn’t the best and the sauces we asked for and extra gravy came just as we were funishing our meal and the cauliflower flower cheese was cold and delivered half way through the meal.

Such a shame cause I loved the place and staff x

Went for the special Christmas menu last night. We were put right in front of the kitchen and waiters area. It was crowed because of the amount of staff standing in this area chatting. I emailed before our visit to say that one of the party was gluten intolerant. The staff were completely unaware of the gluten free menu and spent 30mins trying to find out what my friend could eat on the pre set menu. We ordered a bottle of wine and was told that it was warm from the cellar. It was put in an ice bucket to cool on a table away from us. 25 minutes later I asked her waitress if we could actually have a glass of wine from the bottle. 3 different members of staff came to take out food order. When my main course came the veg was feeezing. I complained and was told that if I wanted the food from scratch it would be a long wait so would I be ok for it to be microwaved. The food was then terrible. My friend had the raspberries, which consisted of 4 raspberries and the smallest scoop of fro yo ever. I would not rush back here. Very disapointed as I excepted so much more.

Sadly waited to be seated even after booking, seated then only to wait 50 mins plus before we had a drink never mind our meal....very disappointed as traveled down from mid wales for meal with Mum,

Absolute chaos for the whole visit, waiting staff not coordinated by shift leader, who was quite rude and didn’t handle himself at all well when questioned. Came for a meal last night to celebrate a friend's new job. Ordering my G&T I was disappointed to not have any ice or lime/lemon and when I asked for both, I was told they didn't have any. However, other customers were given ice in their drinks not long after. My food was ok, however other members of our party paid £4 extra for just 2 scallops with their pork belly, which was undercooked. I also ordered a coffee with selection of chocolates which turned out to be just 2 small chocolates. I paid £4.95 for that whilst my friend paid the same for a coffee and a mini cheesecake which actually pretty big. No continuity. Service was also disappointing with long delays, forgotten side dishes which then arrived after most of the main course was eaten plus no offer of dessert menu or more drinks until we asked. Left with a general feeling of disappointment and definitely thinking we'd paid far too much for pretty average food. Won't be visiting again.

Visited this morning for a coffee, was ignored at the bar whilst 5 staff chatted amongst themselves. Ordered 2 coffees to be told it would be a 12 minute wait with no explanation as to why � sat on a table waiting for 20 minutes with previous occupiers dirty pots. When asked member of staff to clear the dirty pots whilst still waiting for coffees he did it begrudgingly with no apology!! Currently still waiting for said coffees!!! Absolutely appalling service - should be able to deliver the basics!

Really poor, waited ages for our food only to be served a Sunday Roast with so little & no gravy. When we went to order our dessert we were told the kitchen was closed!! Staff were friendly & because of gravygate we were offered 25% off.....however I would never waste my time coming again! Really poor

Queued 25 mins to get a drink, poor attitude when I eventually asked someone to serve me next, then told there was a 45 min wait for pizza. Not enough staff employed for a busy Saturday night - we voted with our feet and went elsewhere.
