The Cottage Garden Florist

Very disappointed. Ordered a bouquet for a friends birthday to be delivered. Saw a bouquet I liked on their website but as I also wanted a 50 birthday balloon rang the order through to the shop. Gave the name of the bouquet as shown on the website as the one I wanted to order and confirmed the colour.
However when my friend sent me a picture of what was sent it was nothing like the one ordered. The one on line was beautiful,purple and cream in a box made up in the main of irises and roses. The one sent was in a foil bag with only two roses the rest of the flowers in the main being the ones you see in the supermarket in the cheap bunches. I could have bought a much nicer bouquet for a tenner in the supermarket, this one cost me almost £40. I emailed to tell them how disappointed I was and did not even have a reply.

Just had the most beautuful flowers delivered for my parents golden anniversary thank you very much
