The Courtyard Studio is the beautiful and quirky location for Kundalini Yoga Cardiff (downstairs) and Alison Graham Ceramics (private studio upstairs).

KUNDALINI YOGA & MEDITATION:

Classes:
- Wednesdays 10. 30-midday,
- Thursdays 7-8. 30pm
- Fridays 10. 30am-midday,

Workshops:
- alternate Sunday mornings and
- monthly on a Saturday.

VENUE HIRE:
The venue hire includes yoga mats, blankets, a singing bowl, drums and various percussion instruments for your use.

The flooring is wood-effect cushioning foam and is warm, firm and comfortable under foot and to sit on.

The venue is available to hire for those who want a private, professional , quiet and comfy space to offer therapies, yoga or meditation. and is suitable for:

- Yoga or meditation classes, with space for 8 mats
- Women's / men's circles
- Sound healing.
- Holistic Therapies: Professional massage table available
