My now husband bought my engagement ring from here and it was a very easy choice to go back for both our wedding rings. My husband didn't have the first clue when he went in to pick my engagement ring and the staff guided him through the process simply and with kindness. Needless to say it was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic customer service, original designs and outstanding quality. I've had all my main pieces of jewellery created here including my engagement ring (which they managed to get all the way to Australia for me) and mine and my husband's wedding rings. They have even taken note of the eternity ring I love for when my husband gets round to buying it 😊. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I used the Diamond Centre to design and create my wedding rings. The service was absolutely amazing and Siantel went over many various designs to ensure my wedding ring fitted my engagement ring perfectly and within our tight budget.
I've since had both rings redesigned and i could not be happier with the outcome. The service is second to none with a warm friendly atmosphere. The amazing staff are undoubtedly working hard to provide a top class service. I would highly recommend this company and I'm looking forward to designing my next piece already.

Last year, I decided to design a new engagement and wedding ring for my mum for her anniversary. Nothing was too much trouble and all the points I wanted were met. The design process was great from having the CAD images to the final product. This year my dad decided to get an eternity ring as a surprise and the Diamond Centre were great in matching it against my mum's existing rings and creating the perfect ring without her knowing a thing! Highly recommend for a professional service!

0 stars for unfriendly, insulting customer service. I visited for information concerning re-shanking an heirloom platinum wedding ring, and received a "lesson" about my ring which contradicts three independent valuations done in the UK and US. Perhaps this jeweller is only knowledgeable of new diamonds. I was unimpressed with his knowledge of the Asscher cut as well as his interpersonal skills and aggressive approach. He did try to sell me a new setting, which leads me to believe that my setting must be too intricate for the skill levels of these jewellers. Good place for wholesale items- inappropriate for the more delicate pieces.

Where do I start, we gave the diamond centre of Wales a very unusual stone to find in alexandrite and a short turn around. Their enthusiasm to hunt for the specific stone in so many places and with so many industry connections was a pleasure to see and I guess would only be possible with the amount of time they have had in the business. Then due to engagement drinks the turn around was very short, all parts were completed to perfection.

All the staff and Customer service were first class, quick replies and the consultation was a real experience. Despite being held up in traffic and missing our appointment which was very embarrassing the owner was very happy to step in as the other staff were booked up to spend as much time as we required speaking about the ring/stones etc. It was really a pleasure to see first hand the knowledge and expertise that went in to making our special engagement ring.

We were recommended to use the diamond centre of Wales by a family friend and we were not disappointed. The 2.5 hour drive was more than worth it. I don't believe there is anyone better in the business after our experience. Highly recommended.

Firstly I would like to say I am amazed by how beautiful my engagement ring is. I got to design it and they helped me add a few special touches to make it unique.

I have been buying my jewellery from the Diamond Centre of Wales for over 25 years, my first item being a beautiful marquee-cut diamond engagement ring. I was living in St. Albans at the time and they were recommended to me by my parents who were still living in Wales.
The directors, Kelvin and Sharon made me feel very comfortable about buying this item of jewellery, and helped me conceive the type of ring I thought my future wife would like - she was blown away with the design.
Since then, I have visited the Diamond Centre every Christmas, every birthday and every anniversary to buy an item or items for my wife, my children my friends or my family. My latest acquisition was a beautiful Tiffany type bracelet with diamond insets on each heart. The level of care and attention afforded to me on every occasion has always been exceptional and I am very much made to feel part of their ‘family’. They are friendly, informal, informative and sensitive to my needs.
I have recommended the Diamond Centre of Wales to many of my friends and will continue to do so without hesitation.
Their jewellery designs are innovative and inspiring and the DCW design team are always pushing the boundaries for their quest to create the perfect piece of jewellery for their customers.
