The Dog Wash Grooming Salon

I was very disappointed to turn up for my appointment yesterday and find the salon not even open. I tried several times to contact the salon by phone, text and e mail. Whilst waiting around for 40 minutes I asked another dog walker if she knew what was going on. She told me that the same thing had happened to her friend. I completely understand that people have problems from time to time but as I booked this appointment 5 weeks in advance AND left my contact details as per their request I would have thought it only courteous and professional to let me know.
