Great room with fantastic view over the bay. Comfy bed, very good breakfast.
Lovely hotel. Clean throughout to a high standard, friendly hosts , perfect breakfast we stayed in room 10 did get very hot in the night even with window fully open. But great stay will stay again

Absolutely fantastic hotel!! A delightful little place right on the sea front. The room was spacious and really comfortable and the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A fantastic stay. Highly recommended!
We stayed here for one night in the middle of June after doing the Big Zipper at Zipworld which is about 40 minutes away. The hotel is right on the sea front directly across the road from the pier and from the terrace outside we enjoyed a tranquil couple of hours after our meal out in Llandudno just sitting quietly over a glass of wine marvelling at the fantastic view of the beach and promenade. The hotel is very well done and kept to a lovely standard. Our room was just a standard one but it was nicely furnished, clean and tidy and had a partial sea view. We were able to park right outside on the road. The owners were lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for us and the breakfast in the morning was fabulous and really set us up for the day! Overall, a fantastic hotel and beautiful town. We will definitely return.
Fantastic - quality rooms and excellent breakfast. We'll certainly be coming back. We've holidayed a lot in Llandudno
and assure everyone that The Elm Tee is one of the top three hotels providing lovely views of the bay and promenade.
Excellent hotel with great decoration and amazing levels of service. It's even got a gym! Highly recommended!
