Modern resistance training equipment that you'd expect from any gym along with functional training equipment (including, but not limited too, large, medium and small tires, chains, ropes, prowler sled, astro turf area, various foam rollers, TRX, weighted balls, kettle bells) which sets us apart as one of Cardiff's more unique gyms.
