Friendly cheerful atmosphere, great food at great prices would recommend to everybody small children welcome couples, family, large party's and pensioners, great value lunchtime menu also available for smaller appetites. And delicious dessdes too.

We've been visiting this pub for food for many years whenever we holiday in the area, it used to be brilliant for real ales and great food including the volcanic rock sizzlers. Disappointed to visit last week to find evidently run by different team now, the volcanic rock dishes no longer done just basic sizzler trays which were nowhere near previous standard and very basic but overpriced menu. Nobody greeted us, the man at bar didn't even know where kids menus were and nobody checked on us so poor service. Such a shame as it used to be a favourite

Dreadful experience. This was over a year ago but I've only just seen it on my Google reviews. I went with my son & his girlfriend who is celiac. Ordered off the gluten free menu for her (curry). The meal arrived with a naan bread on it. Asked waitress if bread was gluten free. She shrugged her shoulders & said she'd asked the chef. She returned a few moments later, didn't say anything just snatched the bread off the plate & took it away. No offer of a fresh plate even never mind a fresh meal. Apart from really bad service this was potentially a danger to my son's girlfriends health.

Great menu.Good selection of drinks. Friendly staff. Pleasant ambience. Would definitely recommend

We eat here often, food is good..

The last few times including tonight the waiting on service has been very slow .Not once did they come over to ask if everything was ok or if we wanted pudding. .We sat for 30min after eating before they came over to clear up.....The staff was just standing about when they could be clearing tables. ....At this point it was quieter. ...

Excellent. Put customers first. First choice when visiting the Island.

Food Delicious but I had to sit outside with my dog, it would have been nice if there were an allocated area for well behaved dogs. More and more places on Anglesey are accommodating families with their dogs. Staff lovely, nothing too much trouble, they even brought water out for Bobby (my dog). I would most definitely eat here again!
