Very good food. Service was good. The girls that served us were very polite.

I come here once a month. The Taverns chicken is so nice and served with proper chips not frozen like most places these days.

Really nice family friendly pub with spacious room and en suite. Had a nice stay here and will definitely be going back. Good pub grub to and a couple of nice ales on tap in a quiet location.

We visited for the first time as a family of four on Sunday 4th June, we ordered four Beef Dinners, and we were disappointed.

The beef was overcooked and tough, the roast potatoes were under cooked and very light in colour, but the most disappointing was the New Potatoes, we only had one each the size of a golf ball!! yes! four new potatoes between a family of four, I did notice other tables receiving two to three new potatoes on their plates, however, I was not under the impression there was a shortage of new potatoes in Wales.

The dessert was superb, but the Main Course experience has put us off returning.

Visited there 23rd April, for such day dinner, was nice and quiet, clean, staff well mannered. Food didn't take long to come out, plenty of it. Wasn't very well flavoured though. Have had other meals there and they have left been really tasty

Fantastic place to stay! Food is excellent and the staff were especially helpful during my stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Fox and Hounds as a place to stay whilst in West Wales. Many thanks for an enjoyable break.

Friendly, helpful staff, always smiling. Good choice of beers that always taste perfect. Well recognised for their food; well worth a visit.
