Turned up unannounced with broken stuff (Just for a change) to be told "No problem". Arrived back later to find broken stuff fixed at a reasonable price. Great service from Alex and Chris as usual.

The guy at this shop is a complete and utter waste of space we had a broken wheel. We waited outside till he opened at 10 he arrived and said he would fix it after he had done his admin work from the day before. It won't take long I won't charge you much was his words. We waited outside for half hour and on going back in the shop were told he didn't respond well to pressure and asked us not to hang around (we were outside the shop with a bike without a wheel) so two on bikes and one carrying three quarters of a bike we met his wish and cleared off. 11 am my mates had enough and heads off back to get his wheel. Which is nearly fixed when he gets there then is told "yeah it only took a minute". To the guy that owns this shop you are one of the biggest nob heads and the most unhelpful complete and utter wastes of space I have met. You whent above and beyond to do nothing to help us. If you need to go there then do at a final ditch effort. As did I mention he is one of the biggest nob heads ever!

Top bike shop! The lads ride and are passionate about bikes. Will get your ride running sweet and be totally open with you about repair/service options.

Chis and Alex at The Framed Bicycle company have provided a consistently excellent service to me and my 3 bikes over the past 18 months. This included rebuilding my specialized Allez road bike with a 105 group set and speedy new wheels - it now works a treat.

They have kept my Ceepo Triathlon bike in good order through a long season with some last minute tuning, new cassette and chain to get it in perfect racing order before Ironman Wales.

Chris Alex and the team have also helped both myself and my partner with our On One and Specialized mountain bikes, with new parts and upgrades.

The guys are always on hand to give top class advice and are very active in supporting local clubs and groups with bike related projects, maintenance sessions coaching and support.

All service has been of excellent standard at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Bought a bike by post from Chris and Alex at the Framed Bicycle co. Not all was perfect and eventually had to send the left gear shifter back to shimano. These guys helped handle it under the original warranty and split the bill for the work and postage. Very reasonable and good resolution despite the complications.
