What can I say, I cannot praise enough so genuine a lot of knowledge all round comfort and compassion, a place to go where success is more than possible and that’s all they want is for you to achieve your goals no matter what, i for one highly recommend for sure get your WOD on xxx
The progress I’ve seen with “form” and “fitness” in such a short space of time is incredible � training is one thing... but learning how to lift right, move right and train right is something else! #Awesome Thank you Mark!
I’ve been doing marks classes now for 6 weeks & I can definitely see & feel a difference. I love the CrossFit classes; totally different to anything I’ve tried before.
Love the ‘wod’ �� would recommend giving it a go!
Definatley recommend mark as he has helped me loads with things I am terrible at . Will push you to your limits every time
