Service very good. Stopped by for afternoon tea before catching a train. Sky sports available for anyone who likes their sport.
Lovely rooms great staff close to all imminities
Hotel with a great location for night's out. Directly across from the train station but sadly in a rough part of town. Hotel has expanded over the years and it's to a good standard. Great bar and a good venue for travelling football fans
We want to move in 😃....most comfortable bed ever. Beautiful room, hot tub on decking. Fantastic views. Gorgeous brekkie. Fab friendly staff on reception, lovely helpful staff in restaurant and lovely bar staff to name one, Meg 😘 keep up the good work "The Grand" can't wait to come back x
We stayed for a belated anniversary celebration, the hotel was very accommodating, we had plans to go to see a show and was not going to be staying in the room much after check in. They held the "extras" until we returned later in the evening which was a surprise for the wife. We stayed in the penthouse suite room 401 the room was excellent as was the hot tub on the veranda. Would recommend to anyone!
I Paid on my Phone, About 11: 00pm.
And arrived at 11:40. ( Tuesday 11th Feb 17)
Checking in to this Lovley Hotel, was Quick and Easy. And, to my Pleasant Supprise!
They have a large Bar, Which is Open 24hrs to Guests.
To be Continued
I booked with this hotel by accident, hoping to stay in Swansea Australia. I tried to cancel the next day as soon as I realised (1.5 weeks in advance) but I was still charged the full amount for a 2 night stay. Greedy and dishonourable business practice.
Nice room, cheap food munu, good central location. Loses a star as had to wait for a breakfast rather than buffet and not able to open windows in room at all which is a bit claustrophobic!
Popped in for breakfast before a football game. Cooked breakfast was very good. Staff were great. Some problems with glasses for the juice, and the hotel running out of butter, otherwise ok.
