Thank Jame Findley, You are a great contribution for those of us who have this hobby. And thanks again because today I received my book "The Art of Aquascaping”.

Really helpful guy on the phone and talked me through everything I needed and didn't need. Got the plants to me next day as promised, they all turned up in great condition and fantastic specimens. Got them my tank all planted up by following their online videos (first aquascape). A week later everything looks amazing!

Ordered a glass cover for my 30x30x30 cube had emails and texts to say when would be delivered even when I changed the delivery day the night before was done very easy had email and text to say that had all been done then a text the day of arrival giving me a 1 hour slot very well packaged was absolutely no danger the glass was going to be damaged was like a game of pass the parcel getting into it all, only issue I had which was more my fault for not understanding the description I thought it came with the metal hooks as it said provided that now I understand it means provided with the ADA tank they were very helpful tho in sorting this as it ment it would have cost me another £6.95 delivery happily recommend them and there customer service excellent

Must congratulate the entire team at Green shack for taking the hobby to the next level.

The dedication, hard work shown by your team is unparalleled and continues to set the benchmark for the rest.

You guys are the pioneers in showcasing how a nature aquarium is done right and your video journals are simply put breathtaking and unparalleled. So much so that most of us are greedy enough to expect a new one ever week!

A request from your admirers in India would be to setup few more nano scapes ( 30" cube would be a nice size to start) as not all of us can afford setting up large nature aquariums back here due to space/resource constraint.

I forsee only more success and greater heights for you guys .

Hope to someday be fortunate enough to witness your scapes live.

If aquascaping is your thing then a visit to the green machine is a must. To see so many different types of plants, rocks and display tanks under one roof along with experienced staff to give advice was well worth the long drive.

Had my first visit to the green machine and will be making it a common trip out. The staff were friendly, most helpful, and very knowledgable. The shop itself it very well stocked, lots of styles to have a go at, and the most beautiful aquascapes on show. If you haven't been yet, you really should, there's not another shop like it in Europe!

Wish Malaysia has one the this shop too... More on aquatic terrarium or closed vivarium... Always love the ideas of the aesthetic sense of the unique tiny world of it... Sensational!

We Drove 500 mile round trip just to Visited the green machine and all I can say is we got 5* service and advise and a cupper. Only thing that let's them down is there email communications, have contacted them three times and still have not had a reply.

Would not recommend if you want feedback on what is happening your order, very disappointed!

Ok don't normally write a review but this warrants one. Today I was given a water testing ph pen wich as I keep an aquarium is a handy piece of kit. It required batteries and calibrating and I looked to trusty green machine to help me out.



The guy who answered said he could help and asked if I bought it from him, which I didn't (as I was given it for free). I offered to pay him for the service, and to be fair probably would have been a regular customer as it is a good shop that sells quality products and have bought from there before.



However. . . He then told me that as I hadn't bought the machine from him he was not willing to help me, or even offer me a solution as a PAYING customer. I simply required a solution to a problem and did not want something for nothing but was turned away (rather hastily). It seems he will only help if I had bought my entire set up from him, and could be bothered with someone who already had a few things.



I went to another such shop in the next town . I won't say where as don't want to be accused of advertising. Who not only sorted my issue quickly and effectively (it now works perfectly), but took no money as they do this for free for their possibles potential customers.



To conclude I would not now visit or buy from green machine ever again.
