*** Please Read This Truth of this establishment ***
I wish i knew earlier how bad this establishment was.
If i were you i would AVOID this place.
Had corrective surgery done on my face to remove scars for acne etc.
Few days down the line my whole face got infected red and oozing, but the amateurs said it was normal when I called them back.
Decided to go to the doctors who said I have a serious infection and had to be admitted to hospital for a week.
Please people if your reading this avoid this place spoke to the so called manager "Jodie" who is a amateur in my opinion and has a tantrum if you try to say she has done something wrong so immature, will grow up you arrogant women.
Anyways I am reporting her to trading standards and advise anyone else who has had a infection or been affected in anyway to do the same.
If you never been go elsewhere is my advise unhygienic establisment made my life hell for months.
Just happy I got to the doctors in time.

Beautiful place with a relaxed inviting atmosphere! I had the blackhead facial today and a lash lift and my skin feels and looks amazing! My lashes are so curly and dark now! Talented staff!! Will 100% be returning and would recommend to anybody!

The staff at The Grove Clinic gave me a warm welcome, and made me feel relaxed before my procedure. Jodie talked me through my procedure and it really helped me stay calm and relaxed. The clinic is very Clean. I was really happy with my results and have recommended The Grove Clinic to friends and family.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE THIS AMATEUR WILL WRECK YOUR FACE WITH POISON THEN ACT AS SHE HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG THE STAFF ARE RUDE WHEN THEY GET A COMPLAINT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HYGIENE.

BEEN TO THE DOCTORS FOR THE PAST FEW WEEKS TRYING TO RESOLVE THE INFECTION HER UN-STERILE EQUIPMENT HAS CAUSED.

I live 13 miles from the Grove skin clinic yet will happily drive here when I need treatment :). The staff are lovely and friendly and the service is A*. Ive had 3 different treatments here, 1 being Botox and i would highly recommend Jodie, so professional.

Treatment was completely confidential and Jodie was so understanding with my insecurities! Fantastic prices and a fantastic therapist. Today I had an Environ facial treatment at The Grove Skin Clinic. As an avid user of the Environ skin care range I was keen to try a full clinical treatment. It is a facial like no other! There is a hugely generous amount of Environ product and the unusual sensations from the machine was deeply relaxing. Even though some technical elements of the facial were completely new to me, I felt very safe in Cath's capable hands and she explained each phase (her accompanying arm, neck and hand massage as part of the facial was also amazing). This evening in two separate incidents, friends have asked me what I've had done to my skin. They both commented how amazing it looked. This feedback was completely spontaneous and I think it testament to the power of this treatment.
