If I could give 0 stars I would, worst customer service I have ever seen, firstly asked for a price list as they don't bother to advertise it, which I was told would be emailed to me, still haven't received it, rang again and was told to come in to test my hair for a bleach, so drove an hour for them to chop some hair off and test it, I had to go back and remind them they forgot to test the colour behind my ear, was told if it wasn't that day to find out if my hair would take, it would defiantly be the next, surprise surprise 6 days later and nothing, when I called I had the pleasure of speaking to some arrogant cocky girl on the phone who really couldn't be bothered, and told me Ben wasn't even in that day he promised to call! He also told me to message him on instagram, I did and was ignored.

Needless to say iv taken my business elsewhere, somewhere with great customer service skills and staff that know how to treat customers properly and that don't waste people's time!

If this is the service you get trying to get a consultation I would dread the service once in! Good ridence, I wouldn't go to this place if it was the last salon going!

Had clip in hair extensions cut & styled, over the moon with the results! Love this hairdressers & will return regularly 😃💇
