Only had drinks here which were fine. Found the staff to be a little impersonal. Okay but could have more friendly customer service like the lovely pub across the road.

Shower! Toilet repeatedly didn't flush, Infrastructure is falling apart.
Spent the night in a metal framed bed that squeaked and wobbled with every movement and a mattress with more exposed springs than the average trampoline.
I'm sure this place dresses up lack of investment as "charm" but they could do with some new furniture and a decent electrician!!
Go and enjoy the food but spend the night elsewhere! Great staff though
We ate here but did not stay. However the food was outstanding, quite expensive but massive portion sizes and excellent quality. The pub itself was extremely cosy and traditional, a really nice place to be.
Very friendly staff who were great with my 2 year old son. Location great and food very good indeed. Staff were able to cook children's portion even though no kids menu. He loved his fish and chips!
