The Handmade Sausage Company Wales Description
We specialise in free range wild boar cross pigs which are bred on the farm. Our fine crafted produce are all handmade at our on site butchery in Llanpumsaint, Carmarthenshire.
We pride ourselves on our handcrafted gluten free sausages of many flavours and also the fine selection of our bacon and other cuts.
We are also now supplying goat, from cutlets, leg, rump roast, boned and rolled shoulder and diced.
Tony has been running the business for 2 years but his experience spans over 14 years as a butcher.
We sell our produce at local farmers markets and food festivals, currently in South Wales only.
All produce is gluten free.
The handmade sausage company has grown through customer satisfaction and recommendation over the years and as such have a regular clientele coming to the markets weekly.
