He does an AMAZING job, dismantles it down, removes all carbon deposits, and doesnt leave until it quite literally gleams.... DON'T FORGET FOLKS....We are holding a funday this coming SATURDAY 15th June in memory of Bradley Hughes. All monies raised will be going to a Brand New recording Studio which will be built in his honour..... There will be loads going on, Bake sale, Stalls,Music, Dance, our own Reece Ryan (who played Red Ranger in the popular Power Rangers Series...) will be hosting with his own unique brand of fun and zaniness. We have a Pimms and Cocktail bar and have devised our own Happy Hedgehog Fruit Punch just for the occasion. So leave the car at home..... We have so much going on it will be an amazing day, with loads for the kids to do, ranging from trampolining, slime making, (ugh) dance displays etc etc etc The fun starts at 10am

OH WOW..... This is homemade OXTAIL SOUP Made from complete scratch and it took over a 14 hours to prepare and cook down. OMG it tastes amazing, rich beefy soup that will remind you of childhood. Served as always with our cheesy Chive Bread

Well another taste sensation has finally come to bear fruit...Lemon and Mint Vinagrette..It is stunning lightly drizzled over feta cheese or lightly seared tuna

Hell of a thing when you are trading and someone reluctantly tries your product because "They dont like vinegar!" They then smile savouring the flavour and say quite loudly "Flaming hell thats a taste of wonder...!" He was enjoying my new Raspberry and mint vinegar and oil and he bought 2....

Believe it or not we are in British Summertime...doesnt feel like it, however we have just designed a fabulous new salad Feta and watermelon with a hint of mint serves with a side dish of our own sweet Pomegranate vinegar
