All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, despite the size of our group! Not many restaurants make you feel this welcome and part of their family! Thank you all for giving me some great memories to go back with! The dancing was just amazing!

We're very sad to hear of the shocking devastation in Mati, and the loss of too many of your people who were caught in the fires.
We all hope that nobody at the Hellenic has suffered any personal loss. Being so far away is difficult, and we would also like to help. Would you please give us your advice as to where and how the best way to make a cash donation, so we can also DO something.

We have visited here on numerous occasions and it just gets better and better. We have visited here today for my Mother’s Day meal and it was as amazing as always. Great,fresh,tasty food. The staff were pleasant,friendly and very very welcoming more like family �. The food and drinks we had were great value for money. There was live music today as there normally is on a Sunday which made the evening even nicer(if that was possible). Thank you to all staff for a great evening and tasty food. Look forward to seeing you all soon �.

This is a happy place to eat. Always busy, bustling with a great atmosphere. The staff are amazing, so patient even with our rowdy crowd! Food was delicious, I especially recommend the mousaka. My friends surprised me with a birthday cake, which our lovely waitress delivered to the table along with plates, spoons and Stevie Wonder. Well, Stevie was singing happy birthday to me, he wasn't actually there. They're good, but not THAT good! Excellent restaurant, we will definitely return.

The best place for Greek food in Cardiff. Excellent service, divine food, authentic Greek and superbly cooked. Friendly and warm staff and atmosphere with Greek music, very clean and reasonably priced. Whatever you eat, souvlaki, gyros, mpiftekia, tzatziki, tyropittakia is excellent, the real thing. And the baklava is to die for. Have been recommending them all over the place. There is also the option to order through the web for home delivery. You will love it!

Lovely food nice atmosphere and staff , well priced. The Hellenic share platter for 2 is fab, feta cheese starter is amazing.

If you have not tried it please do yourself a favour .

The best meal, staff, and experience I’ve had in a long time.

I can only comment on the cheeky deliveroo version we just had! And it was great!! Loads in the trays, still warm and super fast! Tasted ah-mazing! I’d defo try going in there and sitting down to a meal! Definitely going to be hard choosing next time which one to go in!! Thanks for the great food!

Huge portions of meat or cheese related Greek dishes for very reasonable prices �

- Starter was a large block of baked Feta in Filo pastry with a honey & vinegar sauce, dusted with sesame seeds.

- Main course was their signature sharing platter, which is a huge amount of food for just £20, easily feeding 2, maybe more.

- Dessert, all I could manage was a scoop of vanilla ice cream despite traditional Greek options on offer.... Just too full!

Great family run Greek restaurant, delicious food, really good value, lovely staff, nice wine and beer can’t ask for more highly recommended.

Amazing food! Sit your back to the street and you feel like you are in Greece! Souvlaki is amazing and the staff are so welcoming and kind. A great place to eat! �

It is so hard not to give this place 5 stars. We went in when restaurant was at its busiest - all tables full and non stop delivery people. This meant that wait for food was just a little bit too long. However the food was worth the wait - having visited Greece many times and my mother having lived in Greece we can honestly say that this food tastes exactly like the fresh food you get there. The Gyros are exquisite and mouth watering, the tzatziki was the best I've ever had. I would honestly come down from Scotland to Cardiff just for this restaurant. The portions are plentiful, the staff are friendly and it's one hell of a restaurant! Hope to return to give it the 5 stars!!!
