The Horse Shoe Inn

Stayed here with my wife on our 10th wedding anerversry. To our horror we returned to the room on the second evening to find a strange man pleasuring himself on the bed and wearing my wife's clothes.

Probably one of the worst pubs I have ever visited, how the brewery allow these people to run this place is beyond me. Food was attrocious and rooms were even worse, shower barely worked and the rooms were cold we asked twice for the heating to be turned on but had nothing and we stayed in December! Good luck to anyone that dares to step foot in this place!

Avoid massively if on a stag. place seems friendly but after spending two nights freezing because they don't wanna put the heating on and then take your deposit when you're back home because people dried there face with a towel belonging to them after having half a shower which can only be described as worse than a water bottle with pin hole's in. Honestly really poor. Foods good like and the jukebox is cool

Fantastic little pub in the middle of nowhere :) Stayed as part of a stag do, and had a fantastic time. Bunk room was adequate for 6 big blokes, and the food and drink was fantastic. Lovely little snug for us to watch the ladies rugby final too :)

Lovely Village pub, great food, huge portions, very warm welcoming and hospitality. Comfy quarters/accommodation. Highly recommended for Hen/Stag weekends!

I visited on the bank holiday weekend when this pub was having a free music festival, great atmosphere

Avoid here if on a stag do. Really nice pub and very friendly staff with generous portions of food. However if your looking for night life it's in the middle of nowhere literally. Accommodation if on a stag party is bunk beds in a 10 man room. :|

What a fantastic place to stay. So relaxing, easy going, very friendly staff, great food and superb owners. Amazing jukebox too. Thank you Laurie and Belinda
