Fantastic bookshop and cafe. Lovely collection of new and older literature books and childrens classics. Friendly staff who always happy to source a book if not in stock. Lush home made food and perfect for a quick coffee and cake or an social get together.

Always a warm welcome, lovely food and a great atmosphere. My favourite place in Brecon for lunch or afternoon tea and (wicked) cake.

The Hours combines a very pleasant cafe serving drinks, snacks and light lunches with a book shop and meeting place. Never disappointed with the food. All this in one of the oldest wonky buildings in Brecon!

Love popping in here for a light lunch or a cuppa & a cake when I'm in Brecon. Everyone receives a warm welcome. Great choice of books too.
