We needed a break and this was ideal. I had no idea that my husband had booked a suite with a sea view and this added to the pleasure. The food is delicious whether eaten casually on the veranda or in the Chantry dining room.Everything was immaculate and the staff were very efficient and friendly. This was two days of luxury overlooking the sea. Thank you Imperial. See you soon.
We loved our stay here this weekend. We had a family suite which was very spacious and clean. As a family of five we often struggle with the whole booking a big enough room or having to pay for two, which aren’t guaranteed to be interconnecting etc. However this was one if the best family suites we’ve ever stayed in. Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. I also attended the North Wales Lupus Group Information Day at the hotel, which was very well run. Our first visit to Llandudno and the sun shone all weekend. Just perfect. ☀️
We have stayed at this glorious hotel for many years including my late mothers 70th birthday and they pulled out all the stops to give her a wonderful evening. Some things have changed but for the better. The reception staff on particular were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Roll on my daughter's wedding here in March 2019. I can't wait!!!
Such a great Hotel. Couldnt ask for anything more, they were so helpful in anything you asked them or where to go in Llandudno. The rooms were cleaned every day, and lots of spare pillows in room, which i do need, the room was a bit hot so asked for a fan it was up in our room in 5mins. The food is fantastic, and the breakfast was so tasty and had any thing you needed. The staff are so friendly and polite and very helpful, can't wait to go back again.
My husband and I stayed at the Imperial for two nights for our 47th Wedding Anniversary. We had a lovely room overlooking the beach front. The room was clean and spacious, when we arrived there was an anniversary balloon and card from the hotel a very thoughtful gesture. We had our meals in the Hotel and they were superb. We were treated to a glass of bubbly on our arrival and before our meal. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending The Imperial to anyone visiting Llandudno Jean and Jeff Evans
Me and my other half thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in Llandadno. Mostly because of the very helpfull staff at Imperial Hotel. They made everything possible for us to have the best stay in a Hotel. We had several requests and they all made it possible! Lovely food, lovely room, very helpfull staff! The Hotel has a friendly Massage and Beauty Therapist, Amanda who we would highly reccomend to people who want to relax! We are looking forward to our next visit to this fantastic Hotel!
Lovely hotel very friendly staff couldn’t do enough
Our meal was really nice totally enjoyed it
Will definitely be going back
Lovely hotel room nice breakfast lovely staff friendly. Love being able to use the pool sauna and steam room there’s a gym too but walked so much don’t need that lol. Excellent position for walks and shops definitely come back sometime probably when season open to experience the tourist stuff.
Lovely big rooms always very clean and very happy and helpful staff . Excellent food amazing breakfast .
I was very pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of the rooms, especially the bathroom, (always the real test in my opinion) which was pristine. The food was really good and the restaurant service the same. All the staff were very friendly, smiles all round at any request.
I go to the Imperial hotel about three times a week socially I'm also a member of the lower ground floor health cub "mint Imperial" which is brilliant. Whether I'm eating in the restaurant or having sandwiches And tea on the terrace everything is always perfect, great food, great staff in a great location.
Had a lovely one day/night here, staff are so helpful and friendly. My room was so big and beautiful, walk in shower was perfect. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast there, only problem I had was the main meal,I went for the pork medallions, that was disappointing. Would definitely stay again.
Had a fab night away gorgeous room spotless helpful friendly staff lovely breakfast thanks
Great 3 night break with my Mum and sisters. Splurged on The Imperial Suite but well worth it! All those little extras you'd expect in a 4* hotel. So clean each day on our return. Agar needs a medal for clearing up after us each day! All staff were so helpful - they even managed to find my Mum's own towel after it was accidentally removed with the laundry! Two of our party with limited mobility had to get around on an electric scooter and in a wheelchair...absolutely no problem as all areas we utilised were easily accessible. The food was delicious and always piping hot, including breakfast. Yes, the drinks seem expensive, but no more than you'd expect and comparable to other quality hotels we've stayed in. Highly recommended for a seaside break.
First visit to the Imperial over the New Year. Excellent service from all staff, lovely room and great food. Very enjoyable visit.
