waiting for desert while writing this and what an amazing day we have had, my boyfriend paid for the overnight stay and 3 course dinner and spa, well deserved as we have a 6 month old baby, will defo be coming back! Staff are lovely and spa is so relaxing �
Won the competition for an overnight stay, 3 course meal, use of spa facilities & a 30 minute treatment each. Not long got home & we've absolutely loved it!! We got booked into the honeymoon suite which was lovely, the food was absolutely gorgeous which we will definitely be back again for. Peroni on draught meant a very happy boyfriend. Staff couldn't of been any more welcoming & helpful. The spa had such a relaxing atmosphere & we loved the hydrotherapy pool, we opted for the hot stones massage which was so relaxing & felt amazing!! The girls Stephanie & Ella were really accommodating & would recommend them day in day out.
We will definitely be back again for the spa & food sometime in the near future!! Thank you so much for such an amazing prize, we're chuffed to bits.. couldn't of come at a better time & with 4 kids between us (one being a 7 month old) it was lovely to have a bit of us time for once � thanks again!! X
Went today for Father’s Day for Sunday lunch. It was gorgeous! And the staff were really friendly and helpful! Can’t recommend this place enough! Roll on March when we get married here �
We went to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and loved the place. The location is fab, as is the hotel/spa itself. We paid a little extra for a deluxe room and we were very happy with it. Though there was a wedding at the venue we didn’t hear any noise in the room in the evening. The spa pools are wonderfully relaxing and the food and service to be commended. We’ll definitely return.
This place is fantastic: relaxing spa, great food, excellent service and comfy beds. Thank you to all of the friendly, hard working staff for making us feel so welcome- we will definitely return.

Simply superb place to stay!! Idyllic, tranquil, extremely comfortable suites and with friendly staff who do their utmost to help you settle in. Oh.. and then there are the breakfast fairies.. Don’t hesitate just book it.. you won’t regret it.

Beautiful interior, therapist are well trained and know their stuff!, food in the Thai restaurant is delicious, the hostess in the spa who looks after the restaurant is fantastic. Booked for my mum's 69th Birthday treat. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.
On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly young lady who showed us all around, and was very informative about everything. Then we were handed out robes, towels and slippers, all very posh too!
Once our Health forms were filled in, we were off! My mum had booked a facial- her response was that she was very happy- we only wish we had got the girls names! As we would of mentioned them, highly reccomending them! They knew what they were talking about, and took their time to explain all about the treatments ect. I had a exfoliating body massage, wonderful! The treatment rooms are superb, and their heated, electric beds are fantastic!
Tranquillity room! Wow! What a beautifully designed room, with stunning panoramic views. Tea/coffee/fruit teas/water/fruit juices in abundance!
Pool, hydro pool, steam and sauna- wonderful.
Lovely and clean and warm.
Changing rooms and showers very clean and comfortable.
We opted for the afternoon tea....what a beauty that was! Kitchen/waiting on staff superb and nothing too much trouble. Fab!
Can't wait to return. Thanks very much guys. Keep doing a great job.

I love this place and go regularly with friends and family. Just my down the road go to retreat. Yesterday the hydro spa was not working and the staff were brilliant and understanding about our disappointment and gave us a half day pass complimentary ticket to compensate. They bend over backwards to make your experience special xx Just booked a spa break for a friends birthday treat with an overnight stay and only live down the road. That's how good this place is . I am so lucky to have it on my doorstep xx
Had my wedding here on the 29th July 2018 at it was amazing, Adrian our wedding consultant was amazing every step of the way very helpful, friendly and professional was always on hand when we needed him he is a credit to kinmel manor �. Our ceremony room was decorated lovely by Cinderella events they did an amazing job. Our wedding breakfast food was amazing all our guests loved the food and would highly recommend. All around it was an amazing day perfect place for a wedding you will be in very good hands. Thank you so much to Adrian and the kinmel � x
Had a lovely day here yesterday . Unfortunately the hydro spa wasn’t working so we made the most of the weather and enjoyed the sun . We were given complimentary passes to the spa to use the full facilities at a later date . The treatments and the Thai lunch were amazing . The staff are extremely helpful . Arrived home today after nothing but perfect spa get away, the facilities were nothing but perfect and all spa staff very attentive, the wife had a fantastic massage, that she does strongly recommend, the hotel itself again was great, meal in the brassiere in Thursday night was nothing but perfect and the service from the young girl that night was absolutely sublime, so attentive and polite and an asset to your team, lounge bar may need a bit updating, but that being all a perfect stay for our anniversary, many thanks!!
We booked for a spa day and afternoon tea for my daughters 18th Birthday . The spa was brilliant we thoroughly enjoyed it apart from the steam room being out of use although to be fair we had a deduction on our price for that . The afternoon tea was ok not the best but will definitely be returning for the spa very soon . Many thanks.
Me and my other half were gifted a groupon deal for the Kinmel and we’re ver excited to stay over. The spa and Brasserie 1786 we’re faultless. I will mention that the spa treatments slots get booked up very quickly so do book as far in advance as possible. My other half had a neck, back and shoulder massage and said it was brilliant and very relaxing. All staff were extremely professional and friendly in both the hotel and spa. Our only real criticism is that the room we had was a little “tired” looking (a lot of marks on the walls, crack in mirror ect) and that the bed was absolutely terrible it was that soft we first mistook it for a waterbed.
Location is lovely feel really chilled. Loved the afternoon tea and food in the restaurant was first class last night. Waitress was fabulous and couldn’t do enough for us.
