Amazing!! The therapists in the spa are the best we've ever had...very professional & just such a relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant Brasserie highly recommended, wonderful service, all staff at the hotel are extremely helpful.

Very nice spa, lovely friendly staff throughout. The meal in the restaurant was lovely and again the staff were super nice. The hotel was ok - but the walls were very thin so we could hear next door's tv. We asked her to turn it down and she did, but we could still hear it, and conversations in other rooms which weren't even next to us. Very creaky floorboards too - we could hear every movement above us. Also, our experience of the Thai restaurant on site was not very good at all. It was clearly understaffed, our order was wrong and we waited nearly 2 hours from sitting down to getting our main course. The waitress tried her best bless her but it was clearly poorly managed. Needless to say we weren't impressed, although the food was nice to be fair the wait spoiled our evening. Overall a nice stay but spoilt by a couple of unfortunate problems

Lovely spa with great Elemis products. Staff are good at recommending the best ones for you. We did the half day and a treatment. Been before and got the Winter package which was amazing value for money. Would recommend this spa especially if you can get a good deal on a package so you can make the most of everything there.

We stayed overnight and had a really excellent time. We came mainly for the spa, which was absolutely lovely and very relaxing. We also had a three course meal in the brasserie 1786 and cannot speak highly enough of the food, it really is delicious. If I'm being perfectly honest, some of the hotel obviously got missed out on the refurbishment - the lounge bar especially looked straight out of the 1960's. We would stay again

Nice rooms, beds very comfortable, decent size television. Foods pretty good, only had room service so can't comment on the restaurant or breakfast. Pools very nice, gym is good for cardio. Locations alright but there's not really much nearby in terms of restaurants or things to do if your here with work. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent facilities! Great place to relax! The Thai food was lovely!

For the price you don't really get that much. We weren't even allowed to use the relaxation lounge upstairs when we booked the use of the spa (it was our understanding when booking over the phone we could use it). The steam room wasn't working but the receptionist did not say that when we paid and there was a no offer of a reducing a price I as only 2 of the facilities out of 3 were working. On positive, the jacuzzi/whirlpool is really nice.

Customer service is great, very friendly and helpful. Drinks prices a bit steep but all in all a lovely place to visit

Beatufull place to get married, functions,meals,spars and more. With some beautiful scenery and lovely staff. Lovely rooms and very clean.
