The Little Bakeshop, Mumbles, is the first to introduce a single bean, award-winning Brazilian coffee, which is imported and roasted in South Wales direct from Brazil, which is close to our hearts. Only the best chocolate is used in all our cakes, which contains 65% cacao and all the flavours and aromas are completely natural. We use local free-range eggs and as much local Welsh produce as we can find. We have a gluten free brownie and carrot and almond muffin. We are developing new recipes all the time and are currently working on a dairy-free and egg-free cake suitable for a vegan diet. All special requests are invited. Our celebration cakes range from the formal to very informal and are all produced after consultation with our customers on their specific requirements.
