Great shop the staff was so friendly and happy to help. Fab choice of pets
Went in with my leopard gecko as she was having trouble shedding... the gentleman in there told me to put her in a breaheable box for 10 minutes with damp warm miss and gently peel off the extra shedding... it worked amazingly and I'm no longer worried about her... amazing service I'm so happy
Terrible online service ordered twice and both times I've waited at least a month despite paying for 1-3 days delivery which is nearly £10. They don't answer emails ever and the contact number doesn't work. I will never be ordering from here again.
Terrible service, ordered online received half the order and was promised the other half the following week as the item they had was "damaged".... sent a few more emails to find the whereabouts of the other half of the order never received a response and it's been over two months now..... no items or refund. Very poor customer service AVOID!
