Great views and lovely service from reception. Signage wasn't great so proved difficult to find the rooms and find parking but other than that couldn't really fault the visit.

Good, attentive service from all staff. Rooms spotlessly clean but too warm. Breakfast good.

Really nice place to stay for a couple of days if your in Bangor. I'm visiting with work so no chance to see the sights but the town seems quite nice. Food at the hotel is amazing, TVs are too small and too far away though.

Great breakfast. Good comfy rooms but tv wasn't working. Friendly staff. Nice surrounds. Overall pleasant stay but my friend paid and thought it was priced a bit high.

Excellent room with full breakfast included in price, although a bit higher in cost than equivalent hotels. Central location within easy walking distance to town attractions. Hotel room diificult to get to from reception though with many stairs both up and down to get one level up. Free WiFi available but had to take unusual step of signing form to gain access when checking in (never had to do this before and we regularly stay in hotels). It has a vote for experience of nostalgia though, where you are immersed in the centre of an old university! Would recommend to anyone who needs central location in Bangor and would like to experience something different.

Was looking for somewhere to grab a quick coffee and this was just the place. Excellent service and great coffee..

The Management Centre was in a great location - very picturesque and close to the university (which was perfect as we were attending an open day at Bangor) - the rooms were clean and spacious with an en suite bathroom and we had a great view. My only snipe was that the bed was pretty solid, but other than that we had a good overnight stay.

The hotel was very convenient to the ELCOS University center. Staff were very nice and friendly. However, I booked two rooms for 8 days with a total of near to £1700 and agreed with the night shift manager that I would check out at 12 PM to sort out some personal matters. Nevertheless, the morning shift manager was rushing us to check out at 10 AM otherwise they would put extra charges!! Which was a bit disappointing after staying for that long and paying all that money, they couldn't wait for a couple of hours. Other than that, my experience was very positive.
