Can't fault the hospitality or the rooms , our was so lovely, a contemporary feeling 😀which I luv.. plus it had some nice little touches, overflowing tea/coffee tray a good selection, tissue boxes ,boxes with mints, lots of complimentary stuff, plus you don't have to go down to reception for an iron or hairdryer as they're already in your room... we would come back ❤

Summary: The restaurant, hotel and staff are all great, we definitely recommend. Emma is employee of the month because... Well we have decided. We stayed in a double room with 4 poster bed in July for one night. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit North Wales /Snowdonia area. The hotel is ideally located between Betws-y-coed and Conwy, great for surf snowdonia or zip world. The hotel has a very nice decor throughout, our room was very nice and clean, good value for money and I think I'll stay again in the future. I've stayed at other places in the area but I think this is a nicer more upmarket establishment. The bar and restaurant area and really nice. We weren't sure about going to the restaurant as there weren't many reviews online but I'm so glad we did, we had three courses, the food was excellent! Both myself and my girlfriend really loved everything we ordered, cooked to perfection and very good quality meat. I'd advise booking as it was busy but Emma went above and beyond and got us a table and then gave us really good service throughout our stay. Thanks Emma, you're a credit to the place, and to Wales as a whole! 😂 Thank you to Nelson for running such a nice place, we had a great stay and wish you and your staff many years of success :)

A good stay on a comfortable bed. Met by a friendly face and directed straight to the room. The room itself was cozy and clean, with a vintage look. Couldn't ask for any more of the stay, I enjoyed it thoroughly.
