Food cold but staff changed straight away good service

Lovely pub only had a coffee (cheeky pint) nice surroundings with marina great outdoor play area for kids. Would recommend. Food looked nice but never ate.

Thought we'd try The Mulberry as it was once one of our favourite places to take friends and family. However, before it's facelift a few years ago we were very disappointed as we called in for a meal and they didn't start serving til 6 and the place was, of course, empty. Now it is light and airy and with much more pleasant staff. The Seafood Chowder was delicious and we will return soon.

Great location and views. Food was good but not overly amazing for the prices. Staff was friendly but sometimes a bit slow and hard to get to. Probably because it was quite busy at the time. Worth a visit to enjoy the views!

Sat outside overlooking the marina. Smaller menu for outside which is perfect for sitting out. Quick service, helpful staff. Beautiful setting. Pirate ship for the kids to occupy them! Great place to watch the sun set!

Having hunted around Conway unsuccessfully for somewhere to eat after 7:30pm on a week night! We found this place on google maps and thought it was great. I wish we'd had warm coats with us to sit outside, but the decor was lovely, food and service good. I would recommend as we thought it was good value for money and well presented. Didn't have to wait too long either. Also a good drinks menu and I enjoyed my after dinner G&T - and the waiter and bar staff we encountered were courteous and DID ask if we enjoyed the food. (So someone is taking notice of the posts on here or the service is variable?)

Food was delicious, well cooked and well presented. However the fries that came with the burger meal weren't as described on the menu. I asked for them to be replaced for the chips in skins as advertised and my request was refused. I didn't want to kick up a fuss to spoil my family's day so I let it be.

Absolutely disgusting service sat there for over 20 minutes before they even took our drinks order. Wouldn't mind if it was busy but it was not. Meanwhile the waiters where standing round with there arms folded. Food arrived was tasty and lookrd pretty on the plate, what little there was but after paying the money they charge you don't expect to leave hungry. Sad thing is this isn't the first time. Last time we came the food was nice and filling but matched with poor service it balanced itself out as mediocre but didn't deserve a bad review. Would not recommend this place to anybody!

So, this is my honest opinion of the Mulberry.

Food is terrific, cannot be faulted. Tasty, beautifully presented, plenty of it, nice & hot.

The new interior is really nice & homely, with wooden cladding and nice ambient lighting.

Service is lacklustre to say the least & really lets the place down. All the staff are very glum & moody. No one asks how your meal is, which I think is a shame.
