we have just spent the weekend here and really enjoyed it, the staff the food and whole service was brilliant id highly recommend it, our room was lovely and very clean, we loved the murder mystery and the entertainment, thankyou for a lovely weekend,
Was here for 5 days from 17th july which was my birthday, my dads was 2oth july, both of us enjoyed our birthdays. Hotel very clean, room was great, breakfast and evening meal excellent, staff fantastic including driver alan from national coaches, he made the excursions fun. He looked after my dad on his birthday by making it fun. Entertainment was great. Hope to go again in September this year as we enjoyed it so much

Staying here as a driver for David Urquhart tours,got a good room ,staff are good,good food and plenty of it,if anything a bit to much clean throughout,good entertainment,would recommend hotel to anyone
Stayed 3 times. Great hotel. My only fault was some of the guests. We had 2 young Children with us. Kids will be kids & some guests made it clear they were not happy with the children.
My friend and I have just spent the weekend here and we had a fabulous time. Our room was really nice, clean and fresh. The food in the restaurant was excellent with great choices and the staff were helpful and friendly, many thanks to Annabella, Paul and Nykolas especially. Also thanks to Erik behind the bar who was really courteous and made us laugh. We will definitely be back.

Lovely staff very helpful , food great choice every night clean rooms everyday oh yeah and my daughter fancied the waiter think he was called Harry and we're hoping to return someday soon XX all In all we loved it xx ❤️❤️
Lovely friendly hotel however the 3rd for was in desperate need of redecoration the hotel was getting refurbished so I understand why our rooms hadn't been done however room was clean food lovely and staff excellent x

First time visit it's been the best hotel I've stayed at with trips from Caledonia travel staff polite and friendly room 112 was spotless ample space to move around modern tv � hairdryer fluffy white towels food � was amazing � lots to choose from
6-9 pm two for one at the bar
Central for all the amenities
Will return hopefully in the summer
1st time visiting this hotel. the food is amazing and the portions are mega, the entertainment is good too, especially like the 2 for 1 bar..bar staff and waiting staff are so friendly nothing is a bother..x
Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them if you needed anything, we had two rooms booked for murder mystery weekend and both rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was fantastic and the waiting staff were very fast and efficient when serving us, bar entertainment was also very good, all round a great time was had by all and will definitely be booking this hotel again in the future. Well done to All the staff at the New Lorretta Hotel
Thankyou for a very enjoyable stay. Lady at the reception was lovely and we enjoyed a laugh with her. Nice comfortable room. Also was nice to book into somewhere with entertainment at the night.
Staff very friendly food absolutely fab .Rooms basic but lovely and clean and warm .Everthing we needed was in the room .We had a lovely visit .
Just spent 3 days here, the hotel, staff and food is great.
The holiday was spoilt by the murder mystery that was going on.
So called (actors) shouting at the top of their voices while you are trying to eat your evening meal and chat to people who shared your table was nigh on impossible.
Many guests that I spoke to also felt the same the whole thing was a shambles badly organised.
There is a time and place for this and while eating your meal and enjoy the company of others is not right.
Come on Loretta hotel sort this out!
A lovely time spoilt by the madness that was a murder mystery.
Hotel food ok rooms basic but clean we had all we needed kettle tv hairdryer hot water a view over the front conservatory entertainment ok better than none could hav done wiv a bit more staff at meal times as had a but of a wait at breakfast even to get a coffee could do with been self service other than that it's situated in a good place 5 mins from the seafront & pier & we would go back there if went bak to Llandudno
A bit dated in places, but the food was good, staff amazing and great entertainment
Nice stay room was basic though but it is a budget hotel. Shower banged when used and hot shower knob fell off when turned. Asked staff for a TV remote 3 times and had to go and fetch it myself in the end. Room small but clean and had what looked like the gas works for a view 1st floor room. Food was pleasant but not too hot at times. Breakfast was adequate with courteous hard working staff. Murder mystery night was fun but over dinner so take your indegestion tablets with you. Would we return yes but only for a weekend. Town near by walking distance so nice and local. For a budget hotel it fits the bill worth a visit.
