Hello! I'm Adie, I live in Ewloe, North Wales. Whilst on maternity leave with my daughter I started my own out of hours childcare company called The Nocturnal Nanny so I could work nights and still be a full time mum in the daytime - so far, touch wood, it has worked out really well! I cover North Wales, Cheshire and Wirral providing out of hours /overnight childcare.

I will travel even further afield for functions such as weddings, parties etc where children need entertaining and kept occupied (and usually quiet! ) for speeches etc! For weddings where it's the bride and groom with children I usually stay at the hotel in the children's room, every newly married couple deserves their wedding night to themselves! !

Professionally I have over fifteen years experience in childcare including working with children with additional needs such as ADHD and ADD, Autism, Asthma, Eczema and severe allergies.

Personally I am a mother myself! And therefore have extensive experience with newborns, severe reflux, colic, nappy rash, teething, separation anxiety, chicken pox, Scarlet Fever, Hand Foot and Mouth and just about every childhood ailment and common injury you can think of (yes, one of my children is a boy haha)

I hold a Level 2 Certificate in Children's Care, Learning and Development, am Ofsted Registered, CRB checked, First Aid trained (since I was 5 years old! ), I own my own car, have had a full UK license for 12 years and have business insurance on my car. I am happy to nanny /job share.

In my spare(! ) time I am a parent governor and secretary of the PTA at my son's school, I run a local mothers and toddlers playgroup in Hawarden and when I'm not doing any of that I like to sneak off for a hot bath and read like it's going out of fashion.
