The Ocean Cafe Bar & Restaurant

The fish and chips had the other week, on first bite (a chip), had the taste/smell of burnt hair - perhaps a rogue one found its way into the fryer. The cod was not fresh - smelt and tasted of ammonia. Experienced this before elsewhere and have since found out it means the fish was not fresh. A local encountered elsewhere in the region advised not to go there for that reason. Staff very pleasant and friendly, and in fairness did ask if all was alright, but out of politeness I replied it was.

Standard pub style menu plus some interesting looking seafood options that we didn't get a chance to try. Dog friendly in the bar and cafe. Breakfast served until 12pm.

Tasty food and drink, especially good for hot drinks, but some of the food prices are rather expensive for the size of the portions. Menu is particularly limited but has a lot of seafood dishes to choose from. Staff could be friendlier but still helpful all the same.

Arrived on a wet, windy and generally yucky evening after pitching our tent locally. Greeted warmly and the food was delicious. 14oz burgers went doen well and the fish pie was awesome! Highly recommend!

A lovely seaside restaurant and bar. The owner has worked tirelessly to make this the go-to place to hang out in Broad Haven. Great ice creams to take away or eat in, including giant sundaes. A nice selection of seaside food favourites, although the vegetarian choices could be wider. Great beers that you can sit outside and enjoy. And, of course, quiz night every Thursday from 8pm, where the owner ensures "nobody leaves empty-handed"!

Visited here last month and nothing was too much trouble. Ordered takeaway meal's for me and my family but there is option's to dine in.

Lovely food well presented and fast service too...friendly staff and will definitely go there again...gorgeous ice cream which is morrelos
