Welcome to Carmarthenshire - The Garden of Wales.
The Old Dairy B& B at Ystrad Fach (Little Vale) is set in 15 acres of rolling countryside with private access to the river Gwendraeth Fach. A perfect rural retreat, yet only 10 mins from the A48.
Central location for exploring Carmarthenshire with its ancient market towns, beautiful national trust gardens, historic castles and blue flag beaches. The Brecon Beacons, The Gower, Fflos Llas racecourse and Pembery motor circuit are all within easy reach.
This newly converted milking parlour (completed 2012) is separate from the main house giving complete privacy and freedom for guests to come and go as they please, as each room has its own private entrance.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, all en-suite with large showers. Quality furnishings and under floor heating throughout. Take time to relax and unwind on the terrace outside your room enjoying views across the Gwendraeth Valley.
Breakfast is served in the main house just a few steps across from your room. A selection is on offer to suit all appetites.

Bluebell Suite
The original hayloft is now a stunning 2 room suite with high ceilings, original beams, and a stunning feature stain glass window (the original loft door). A large bedroom with a beautiful king size bed leads onto a contemporary en-suite shower room. The separate spacious lounge is the perfect space to relax and unwind.
Daisy room
The Daisy room was part of the original milking parlour. Now a large double with en-suite shower room and comfortable seating are. With its high ceiling, oak king size bed and soft leather sofa this room has a sense of space and comfort.
Buttercup room
The Dairy room also formed part of the old milking parlour with its high ceilings and original beams. This very large room has 2 beautiful oak 3ft beds and an en-suite shower room. The seating area has 2 comfortable leather chairs, large flat screen television, beautiful oak sideboard and a generous hospitality tray. A truly welcome place to relax.
