Amazing avo on toast breakfast and super nice coffee. New favourite place in Hay.

Food was nice however it was very slow to arrive, I had finished my coffee by the time the sandwich i ordered arrived.

Great food and atmosphere. Excellent coffee - and I'm a coffee snob so that's saying something! The staff were friendly and there's loads of fascinating stuff to look at. Loved all the old laboratory glass. Everything is for sale - even the chair I sat on!

I was initially unconvinced by the space's eclecticness, and apprehensive about the small vegetarian menu. But my ploughmans sandwich was quite honestly one of the nicest things I've ever eaten, and the children's plate was attractive, healthy and generous. My wife and I then spent a pleasant 30 minutes browsing the concession areas full of vintage and fashion items. A lovely lunchtime!
