As with all of our suppliers, we aim to source the best possible local produce.
We searched Wales for a coffee provider but as soon as we walked through the Coaltown Coffee Roasters doors we knew they were the one. Scott & his team inspired us with their passion for all things coffee and their drive to make Ammanford an area known for great coffee.

We had a lovely little break. Refreshed the place, repainted right through, new cushions throughout, steamed all the furniture. A few things...
- We spoke to some of our wheelchair & push chair using friends and our temporary ramp wasn’t cutting it. You spoke & we listened. Our step is now a permanent ramp for ease of access full time - Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

THE best afternoon tea ive ever had. Everything was fresh and home made. Catered to the things that we fancied. Couldnt of been any better. Would recommend to every one! Food was the best quality, so tasty and perfect portion! Cant wait to go back for another one! ÔŅĹ

Literally the best breakfast I’ve had in years!!! Such a relaxed atmosphere with fresh and tasty food and a brilliant selection of hot and cold drinks. Will absolutely be returning!

Just had breakfast in the Optimist, must say it‚Äôs my favourite place in the morning for breakfast. It was really busy today and they still manage to deliver. Everything was spot on, service food and was not waiting long. ÔŅĹ

I had a late brunch today after a visit to my hairdresser. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the vegan menu is wonderful, thank you so much for taking good care of us vegans! Delicious! I'll be a regular customer and I'll be sure to recommend you you to the vegan community. Excellent! Love Sheerien :) <3 x
