The Outward Bound Trust, Aberdovey Centre

I went to outward Bound in 1973 at the age of 15. It was quite a remarkable experience for me. The course I went on lasted for 4 weeks. I'm not sure but I don't think that they do as long a course as this anymore. I've been back to the centre on a few occasions since I attended and it always brings back a feeling of nostalgia. On my latest visit I have noticed that there have been some significant changes. The dormitory blocks don't appear to be the same as the ones that I stayed in.

I was there in 1990. Amazing experience, team work and always going on the edge of your limits. I went back this summer (2017), quite touching after 27 years.

Went for a work trip in September 2016, food is nice, a really good learning experience to test your limits.
Things to consider: No plugs sockets in room so take external battery pack, worth taking some snacks because you can get hungry between meals.
