Some of the riders from The Red Dragon Endurance Event in Builth Wells this weekend - we had stewards and riders staying. So maybe we will see you next year.

Went to a very interesting and amusing talk by Peter Florence CBE about The Hay Literary Festival, hosted by The Builth Wells Heritage Society. How lucky we are to have someone of this calibre involved in such a wonderful festival just down the road. We are already taking bookings for next year - but if you are coming to Hay Festival 2019 we still have some spaces.

When family came to stay and another stunning view 10 minutes from The Owls. The Epynt Way.

Artist René Melenberg (Dutch) came to stay for a week and gave us a viewing of his works - all pictures are of views and places within walking distance of The Owls

When Tiny came to visit in the Mid-Wales Hills - out with Jo and Louise walking by Pant y Llyn. Ian and Benji were about too. All friends old and new always welcome.

Val and I just spent a fabulous weekend staying at The Owls, Ian and Jo instantly made us feel welcome and at home. Very relaxing and quiet accommodation and personally recommend the full breakfast! Will definitely return when next we visit Wales
