A fantastic spa, gym, swimming pool, squash courts, members lounge, with lovely gardens located between Cardiff and Newport with free parking.

Our Spa has many offers; day packages, thalgo treatments, spa massages, bridal packages and beauty treatments.

The Panacea gym has recently been upgraded, with personal trainers available if desired. We also offer classes such as Zumba and have a squash court.

Our swimming pool is great for relaxing, with a jacuzzi and fantastic views of the gardens. We also offer swimming lessons for young children.

We also have a traditional members lounge, with great offers on drinks and food, as well as having televisions.
