We happened upon The Parsnipship recently while visiting Glastonbury from the United States and absolutely loved it! Everything was delicious and made our trek up to Glastonbury Tor that much better. I wish there were more clean eating/vegetarian options like this in the US. I would love to view your recipes so I can try to make some of your delicious items at home!

We all love the Parsnipship food in our family, even my husband who eats meat and says he 'doesn't like vegetarian food' . I try and stock up in the freezer whenever I can.

Brilliant!! After visiting one of the pop-ups on my trip to Cardiff, Wales. As newly American vegan back in 2012. I able to try so many vegan-friendly foods. Now, back in the states. I use the foods I'd tried at the pop-ups as an inspiration when I make vegan daily meals for myself.
