Just got home from an amazing meal at beefeater. The food was lovely and the Service was amazing by Amy R, she went out of her way to provide good service the whole time we were there! Even ensuring that the plate was cool for my 4 year old nephew so there was no chance if him burning himself on the plate. And we didn't seem to be bothering her with our constant questions and even with our request for more napkins when we knocked over a glass of wine �. Even though she was really busy. I highly recommend.

Had a great family evening out last night. We all had something different and there were absolutely no complaints and lots of empty plates. Had to waddle out after our sweet desserts and would definitely visit again.

Fantastic food yet again yesterday,served promptly by the amazing Maria,didn't even have to ask for a refill on the soft drinks,our glasses were not empty for long,even tho it was match day & very busy,we had fantastic service,well done beefeater team Llanelli.xx

Called in here on the off chance on Tuesday night after being at the minor injury unit at prince Phillip after my husband had got bitten by our dog ... so glad we did... altho at 1st glance I did think it was a tad over priced bt when the food came I knew then you got what you paid for.... it was stunning... well done chef 👨🏽‍🍳.... the staff all round were exceptional... couldn't do enough to help which made our visit really enjoyable (after our little drama with our dog 😬 Just what we needed) .... got to say Maria went above & beyond just being staff - they were all busy bt every1 made time for us no matter what.... even refilling our refillable drinks for us!! Having visited a number of times in the past we were very disappointed with our visit today. We arrived as a group of 8 to an almost empty restaurant to be told they didn't have a table for us as only 2 servers on so half of the restaurant was closed but we could go sit in the bar and pull some tables together. We don't mind sitting in the bar but there was no attempt to accomodate us or assist us. We ordered at the bar and waited almost an hour which seemed a long time based on how quiet it was and two orders were incorrect, we sent one back but has to chase it up when everyone else had almost finished. We ordered desserts at the bar, after 40 minutes we chased them up to find the guy behind the bar hadn't been told there was no dessert chef and he'd have to prepare the desserts himself. Overall a very poor experience and we'd think twice about visiting again.

Had lasagne and chips there was like a couple of chips on the plate and the lasagne was over cooked and didn’t taste of anything!!! The 2 people that where with me had burgers the burgers were burnt even the rolls were burnt. May aswell of kept our food and warmed it up for someone else as the majority of it was left on the plates. Wouldn’t come here again.

7 of us went for food all came out at different times , 2 lots of food was cold , by the time I had food practically everyone had finished their food , maybe a 1 off as we av been there loads and never had a bad meal or service like that before , we will go back again hopefully be better next time .

The steak was grisly and the ribs were dry. It took an age to summon a staff member to get the bill and, in the end, we had to go looking for someone to pay it. Whilst we were there we also heard a staff member more or less beg a family for a good review on her service. When the staff member who took our money asked how our meal was, when we told her we were met with a knowing shrug and no hint of being able to speak to a manager.

After paying £28 for our meals, we decided to speak to a manager. She was unaware of what had happened but explained to us that there was no way that she could refund us as we had already paid the bill and used a voucher.

Her only option was to give us £25 off vouchers to use during our next visit (within 30 days). We explained that we weren’t happy to come back as the experience was so bad.

Having said that, we decided to give them another try and put that experience behind us. However, we visited the restaurant this afternoon and were similarly disappointed.

We waited an hour for our main meals and then they came out cold yet again. I had ordered a “medium” steak which came out cremated. Another meal that had been ordered (smothered chicken melt) , came out wrong.

I have never been to a restaurant and had such poor quality food and service.

Poor! I ordered a halloumi salad and sweet potato fries on side. The avocado was frozen (YES FROZEN), no tomatoes included like it was supposed to, salad leaves poor quality and about 5 small squares of halloumi! I complained about it and a ‘new salad’ came back with mushy warm avocado (pretty sure it was avocado from previous disaster) and same standard as before. The fries also tasted stale. Not great at all, I was very surprised that place was so busy!

I have never been to a restaurant and had such poor quality food and service.

This time, WE WONT BE BACK!

Poor! I ordered a halloumi salad and sweet potato fries on side. The avocado was frozen (YES FROZEN), no tomatoes included like it was supposed to, salad leaves poor quality and about 5 small squares of halloumi! I complained about it and a ‘new salad’ came back with mushy warm avocado (pretty sure it was avocado from previous disaster) and same standard as before. The fries also tasted stale. Not great at all, I was very surprised that place was so busy!

was there wed night 14th and Thursday morning...a group of 10...superb service...friendly staff.....meal well cooked.....bit pricy but all in all a great experience....the fried breakfast the next morning was superb...well done to the chef.

Just got home from an amazing meal at beefeater. The food was lovely and the Service was amazing by Amy R, she went out of her way to provide good service the whole time we were there! Even ensuring that the plate was cool for my 4 year old nephew so there was no chance if him burning himself on the plate. And we didn't seem to be bothering her with our constant questions and even with our request for more napkins when we knocked over a glass of wine �. Even though she was really busy. I highly recommend.

Had a great family evening out last night. We all had something different and there were absolutely no complaints and lots of empty plates. Had to waddle out after our sweet desserts and would definitely visit again.



Our waitress Amy R was outstanding, anticipating our needs, offering good suggestions for the food and full of warm chat. Hope she serves us next time :-)

Fantastic food yet again yesterday,served promptly by the amazing Maria,didn't even have to ask for a refill on the soft drinks,our glasses were not empty for long,even tho it was match day & very busy,we had fantastic service,well done beefeater team Llanelli.xx

Excellent, nothing too much trouble, the staff make you so very welcome and also special a special thank you to Leon for your dedication and patience during our visit on the 9th June you were terrific, looked after us a treat

Called in here on the off chance on Tuesday night after being at the minor injury unit at prince Phillip after my husband had got bitten by our dog ... so glad we did... altho at 1st glance I did think it was a tad over priced bt when the food came I knew then you got what you paid for.... it was stunning... well done chef 👨🏽‍🍳.... the staff all round were exceptional... couldn't do enough to help which made our visit really enjoyable (after our little drama with our dog 😬 Just what we needed) .... got to say Maria went above & beyond just being staff - they were all busy bt every1 made time for us no matter what.... even refilling our refillable drinks for us!! Will deffo be going out our way to come back.... thouroghly enjoyed what we thought was going to be just another pub meal.... well done to all the staff at the beefeater 👏🏼👏🏼 Will be back very soon 😊 Xx

Went down with my daughter's for father's day, the deals they had were good, food was nice as always but service is always slow, which is why it only gets 4* from me....

Having visited a number of times in the past we were very disappointed with our visit today. We arrived as a group of 8 to an almost empty restaurant to be told they didn't have a table for us as only 2 servers on so half of the restaurant was closed but we could go sit in the bar and pull some tables together. We don't mind sitting in the bar but there was no attempt to accomodate us or assist us. We ordered at the bar and waited almost an hour which seemed a long time based on how quiet it was and two orders were incorrect, we sent one back but has to chase it up when everyone else had almost finished. We ordered desserts at the bar, after 40 minutes we chased them up to find the guy behind the bar hadn't been told there was no dessert chef and he'd have to prepare the desserts himself. Overall a very poor experience and we'd think twice about visiting again.

Had lasagne and chips there was like a couple of chips on the plate and the lasagne was over cooked and didn’t taste of anything!!! The 2 people that where with me had burgers the burgers were burnt even the rolls were burnt. May aswell of kept our food and warmed it up for someone else as the majority of it was left on the plates. Wouldn’t come here again.

7 of us went for food all came out at different times , 2 lots of food was cold , by the time I had food practically everyone had finished their food , maybe a 1 off as we av been there loads and never had a bad meal or service like that before , we will go back again hopefully be better next time .

When the staff member who took our money asked how our meal was, when we told her we were met with a knowing shrug and no hint of being able to speak to a manager.

We visited Beefeater last week and we were extremely disappointed with our experience.

After waiting over an hour and a half for our mains, a waitress came over and told us that there had “been a mix up in the kitchen”, even though we overheard her saying that she had forgotten to put the order though. She explained to us that our meals were cooking and would be out in the next 10 minutes. She felt guilty so gave us a 40% off mains voucher to use at the end.

30 minutes after she came over, our food finally arrived. It came out freezing cold so we explained to the waitress that we we were not happy. She then went back to the kitchen to get us some new fries which also came back cold.

After being there for over 2 hours and not eating any food, we decided to ask for the bill so that we could leave.

After paying £28 for our meals, we decided to speak to a manager. She was unaware of what had happened but explained to us that there was no way that she could refund us as we had already paid the bill and used a voucher.

Her only option was to give us £25 off vouchers to use during our next visit (within 30 days). We explained that we weren’t happy to come back as the experience was so bad.

Having said that, we decided to give them another try and put that experience behind us. However, we visited the restaurant this afternoon and were similarly disappointed.

We waited an hour for our main meals and then they came out cold yet again. I had ordered a “medium” steak which came out cremated. Another meal that had been ordered (smothered chicken melt) , came out wrong.
