We ate at many places in and around south Wales during our 5 day trip. The dinner here was the best. Lots of options for vegetarians and some excellent local ales. Great after a hard day of Coasteering at the blue lagoon. Loved it. Would recommend.
Visited with my family on a wet and windy day. We were given a warm welcome. Staff are friendly and with great service. Quality of the food was excellent, and fantastic value. The cask ales are well kept. We will be back!
A great pub with parking outside. Unlike others in the area it is reasonably priced for excellent food and also serves good beer. The landlord was friendly and helpful, we can recommend this place.
Friendly and welcoming proper pub. Great food, decent prices, good beer and service was top notch can. Dog friendly too, which is always a bonus in my book (especially when the lady bought a nice big bowl of cold water out for my hound).
Wish I was local, I'd be here more often!
We called in for a pint on the way back to the campsite. Floss the dog had a delicious bowl of dog treats served fresh from the bar. Presentation was exceptional. They were tastefully arranged in a bowl. She ate them all and told me that they were some of the best dog treats she has eaten. Floss recommends the Pendre Inn.
Everything a pub should be. A friendly welcome from the owners, good range of beverages and excellent food (especially Sunday lunch!). Usually a log fire in the bar in winter giving a cosy atmosphere too.
Great atmosphere and fantastic food which is very good value for money.
No frills , good , friendly honest pub with great food and big portions :)
