Great food ! Good portions and nice atmosphere. The live music just added to a good night out.

We had the lamb fillet on bed of leeks. It was delicious, perfectly cooked, and presented. Service was good, attentive and friendly. Nice interior. Had a wonderful evening. Highly recommended.

Not bad, ordered a double burger which didn't have much taste and it was a little dry, but I couldn't complain. The chips were stunning, the service was good and I'm happy with what I had. My wife and brother in law had nice juicy burgers so maybe I was just unlucky.

Has a great meal here...two adults & two children...children eat for £1 between 5-6pm Sun-Thurs, which we didn't know until looking at the menu, so that was a bonus.
Sirloin steak (15.95) was cooked lovely as was the salmon (13.95) & both meals were very well presented...as they say...you eat with your eyes!!!. The children had mini burgers, which looked homemade & were lovely. We all polished it off!!!
A nice find & would return if in this area again.

Good place for a quick bite. Haven't had an evening meal there but has been good when I've been in.

Twice I have visited and twice I have had delicious meals!!! Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. Although the first time we visited the drinks order was wrong, twice. Felt like the waitress wasn't listening at one point. But overall a very pleasant visit.

This is a brilliant little place - totally unpretentious - and serving consistently good food at very reasonable prices. This is demonstrated by the fact that it is always busy throughout the Winter with locals, unlike some places which feed only on the Summer visitor trade. It is a great place to meet friends and is child friendly; not the place for a romantic dinner as it is busy, can be quite noisy and has great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
