The trailer itself has very recently been refurbished inside and out to an outstanding specification, including New Electrics and Gas lines that have both been passed and certified by the relevant authorities.

All surfaces are of a top quality stainless steel and are brand new insuring a spotlessly clean working environment which is imperative when preparing and cooking food.

The Menu includes all the usual favourites,

Myself the proud proprietor of this business is qualified to Level 3 Supervising Food Safety in Catering, and I intend to further my training in 2017.
The business is soon to be registered and will regularly be inspected by Environmental Health Officers from The Local Authority.
