Had an extremely enjoyable meal today at lunchtime. Very good value and excellent service.

We went to have a meal today Saturday 19th August with my husband, My son, and his partner. Excellent service. Didn't have to wait long, lovely meal. We would defiantly go there again, and recommend it to anyone.

Poor service and the food isn't even that good.
When we arrived they had a function on in one room so we went to sit in the other room. There were plenty of tables free it was much quieter in this room but the tables hadn't been cleared I assumed that when we sat at a table one of the staff members would notice and come and clear our table but that didn't happen. We sat there for a while unsure of how we order, do we go to the bar? or do they come to the table? so I eventually went up to the bar. We ordered our food and asked for the table to be cleared and a girl came to take the plates away but didn't take the glasses and didn't wipe down the table. The menu is pretty good, a variety of foods with vegetarian options available. The food came, it wasn't great. I left half of mine and we didn't bother with deserts.
I realise they had an event on but that doesn't make it okay to forget about your other customers.

Always had nice food and service. Has a really nice atmosphere. It is what you would expect from a pub restaurant.

Great family meal deal, service and tasty food. Glad I picked this turn off for a late lunch

Food and Service Excellent.
Visited on Easter Sunday with a family party of 12. Reserved the Table in advance as can be busy and with a large party, ordered the main courses beforehand and given a choice of Sunday Roast or anything off the Main Menu.
Once service had started, the Staff ensured all meals were completed as requested .Chef and his team commended on presentation, quality and portion sizes all very good.
Leave room for the sweet course, all our choices were excellent.
Overall experience Very Good
