Really helpful and felt as though getting expert advice. Was not pushing me to buy, making me feel comfortable when trying outfits on.

We cannot recommend this boutique enough.Yesterday my mother- in - law, sister and myself were treated to trying on our wedding outfits, hats, handbags & shoes.for my son's forthcoming wedding .Jodie and her staff made it a very special time. Nothing was to much trouble even offered beverage 's. What was really helpful was having all the accessories available . It was a very happy experience and glad to say we all said yes to the dress & all the accessories ❤️

What an amazing boutique! ! Always pleased with every purchase. .. From wedding outfits, shoes and jewellery. A price range for everyone. Staff are always happy and helpful. Both myself and my daughter, never leave without a purchase ( or 2 or 3).Really lucky to have this gorgeous shop in Penarth. Any fashion lover ( no matter what age ) will be impressed.

This shop is amazing! You are given THE most warmest welcome? Jodie and her fab team really can't do enough for you. I've been in with an outfit from a different shop (for a wedding) to look for shoes and bags and they are really happy for you to try your outfit on and will give you honest advice. I walked out of the shop without purchasing shoes or a bag as they didn't have anything that would compliment my outfit.....that was their advice. Normally shops will tell you anything to get a sale but not The Queen B, they really care about how you look and feel.

Jodie even phoned other retailers for my sister to see if they had a dress that she really wanted as Jodie didn't have any sizes left and gave her a contact!

Please do not listen to the 1 star review from a year ago where they have said the staff are rude. This guy really must have been writing a review about a different shop!!

Went in looking for a dress for a ball. The assistants were super knowledgeable about the products they had in stock. They were intuitive about my body shape and brought me plenty of dress to try on that really suited me along with heels and coats and bags to match as it was a winter ball. Refreshing to be in a shop where staff know and understand their products and their clients. A pleasure to shop here.
