If you're looking for a dog friendly pub with great pub food we would highly recommend. Lovely staff and super meal.

Lovely meal. Varied choice. Very polite and friendly staff.

Really good fresh cooked proper food. A good varied menu that changes regularly, and as is always a good sign, the local residents eat here.
Fantastic choice of speciality burgers, Zebra, Kangaroo, Maroccan Camel or the 6 oz Gourmet Steak burger were on the menu when we visited but I chose the Game Hot Pot Pie and it was gorgeous with all the flavours of the different meats coming through, it came with 3 great veg, home made chips and beautiful sauce.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The Victoria used to be a good place for a meal, after today's visit we shall need a good push to go back. Food was greasy , chips under cooked. Best kept as a drinkers pub.

Very good food and desserts, very good and helpful service from staff who were polite and friendly. The summer time special of steak and Welsh ale pie was lovely
