A very nice and warm friendly staff. Excellent food , good evening entertainment. Good rooms with good views. Would recommend to others.
The room I had was very dated. Bathroom suite was 70s brown. Bed was fine though. Furniture was very old as well.
Enjoying our stay.food and staff excellent.good entertainment. The only dissapointment is our bedrooms decor is very tired needs a good lick of paint.
Nice hotel morning meal is not buffet on table set menu bit disappointing
Friendly helpful staff, room was a good size with bath and over bath shower. Good breakfast well organised.
Old fashioned place. Good breakfast. WiFi not available in room. Parking is poor
Service was second to none, food was of a good quality but the only thing that let it down was the outdated decor and the room whivh was in desperate need of redecorating.
The Queen's hotel is on the central part of the promenade, and is predominantly a coaching Hotel, and has recently been taken over by a chain who also have the Llandudno bay hotel and the Belmont hotel which is due to open soon the queens is a lovely hotel also open to the public for meals /drinks its surrounding's are pleasant a the staff are lovely all in all a very nice pleasant place to pop into whilst walking along the prom
Nice room but patking was horrendous with several people being parked in. Breakfast was minimal but the hotel was pleasant overall.
