great shop, unusual items and a mixture from garden to pet food,but the car park is not theirs so let them know if ur there more than an hour its manned by parking eye willing to fine you for farting too loud !!!!!

Always good to shop at this well-situated branch of The Range just off Newport road as it's easily accessible and has plenty of free parking.

Never really found it too busy either, considering it's a fairly large store with a wide variety of stock, from sweets to wellies, and pencils to dining sets.

Normally quite good at holiday times e.g. Halloween and Christmas too with a range of seasonal stock, although frustratingly (unlike the What! store nearby) nothing is ever out of its box to see if it's any good.

All year round the have an outdoor section with a few plants and water features, but the crowning glory of this store is its arts and crafts and stationary department which caters for just about everything you'd ever need.

As previously mentioned, the car park is ample and disabled access is good with everything being flat. They normally have a burger van in the car park, but I've never eaten there.

One more thing, there are no toilets, so, beware.

It's got lots of parking spaces, very affordable products. There's an awesome garden centre at the rear. The staff are friendlyxc polite & helpful. A fantastic selection of products suitable for all ages.

Excellent staff here. Very approachable. When a member of staff was unable to help me because of lack of knowledge, the manager immediately told her how to put things right for next time.
I've been given so much help with a variety of art-related items over the years.
Heart-felt thanks to all staff for running a large modern store with customer based values.

The Range sell a mixture of house hold goods .garden plants / furinture all at a good price

Received some excellent customer care recently when I had visited this store with my newborn son to buy a set of disco lights that he had become fascinated with. The manager of the shop approached us to strike up a conversation. When he could see that I was struggling to carry both my son and my purchases he offered to take these to a till and had then asked one of the assistants to open their till so that I did not have to join the large queue elsewhere. This was much appreciated and it's little things like this that will be remembered. Much improved customer service compared to visits in the past.

Barely in the place 1 minute and security approached me and asked to take my ruck sack and place it at the security desk, told him he had no chance of that happening, also said if he wants to check my bag before I leave the shop that would be OK, security guy walked away then, continued shopping. Still shopping 30 minute's later and a woman's voice came over the tannoy system, security to aisle 6 she said it twice, where was I aisle 6, security comes over and Say's everything OK Sir? I said everything's fine, felt like I was under the spotlight the entire time I was in there, not happy at all. Sad thing is, I need to go back tomorrow.

Handy for all sorts of items. Apparently their moto is, if we don't sell it you don't need it.
