Good for bargain home furnishings. Slightly more expensive than your average B&M, etc but typically the quality is better. Staff are very helpful too. We wanted a particular set of curtains with a specific fixing; there was only one left but the packaging was seriously wrecked and we couldn’t be sure the curtains were A-OK so they have us 50% off. Without asking. Top class customer service.

Could spend hundreds and hundreds of pounds in here! Easy parking, lots of space in store and everything you need under one roof. FAB arts and crafts department!!

Always had a positive experience in this shop up to yesterday, when only one till was open for the whole shop!
The queue on this till had customers waiting as far back as the store escalator.
Another till finally opened after 10 mins of us all waiting.
BUT, it still took me half an hour of balancing pans, a jacket, a toast rack, a steamer and dog food to get anywhere near to the till.
Finally just one person was left in front of me, and I thought 'yippee', I'm going to get served.
BUT then the till attendant left and everyone had to swap tills.
I had enough by this time and just walked out!!!
Come on The Range, not good enough!!!!

Friendly staff willing to help best they can in the arts and crafts section.
Shame not all products have prices on show.
Main floor is a bit cramped on space.

Great value and fantastic choice of items. Among-st other things, this is my go to shop for spice powders, garden items, pet stuff and household decorating.
