Great shop. Love the crafts. Lovely cafe

Great selection of items for all needs. Only issue is narrow aisles. Hard to get 2 people down side by side sometimes. Great prices too even compared to online shopping.

Plenty of choice of goods and had what I needed (small airtight jars for dried herbs). My only concern was the lighting of the store which made me feel a bit dizzy due to its brilliance.

Great place to shop. This store has something for everyone. You won't leave this store empty handed.

Since the store has been upgraded I must say it is not as good as it used to be. They seem to be continually stocking shelves and there is always stock cages, pallets, packaging left in aisles. This makes getting around for my husband who is a walking stick user very slow. The staff always seem to have time to chat to each other and pull faces if you ask for help. I use this store only because it is my local one.

Love this place. Great value art equipment and things for the house. Don't eat or drink in the cafe though. Food and drinks are bad and they often get orders wrong. General staff are friendly and helpful.

It's big. But also full of things you don't need. It's an ok shopping experience.

I would just like to say that we received the best customer service with such a genuinely helpful and informative experience in the gardening section from a lovely gentleman called Ross Mckay. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and we also saw how he treated other customers with the same eagerness to help. I have experience in the field of marketing management, and I must say there are few that would go the extra mile to help customers as much as he did. I would definitely shop here for gardening supplies, simply because we found Ross so approachable and helpful with advice about Plants and seeds.
I hope The Range realises what an asset this member of staff is for their company.

New store is amazing. They have Sooooo much stuff. The coffee shop is also very good, but a little slow.
